Support to Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Human Rights among the Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines in the Context of Ancestral Domain Development and Protection (Lake Sebu)
The Embassy of Finland through its Local Cooperation Funds (LCF) agreed to support the ILO's three-year project covering Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, Mindanao. The project agreement was signed in April 2006. It was a continuation of the collaborative work to extend assistance to indigenous peoples (IPs) in the Philippines by the Embassy of Finland and the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2000.
