  1. COVID-19 and occupational safety and health in the coffee global supply chain in Colombia

    This research examined the measures and actions taken by stakeholders in the coffee global supply chains in Colombia to prevent exposure to and transmission of COVID-19 in workplaces linked to this supply chain. Findings reveal entry points for the development of effective strategies to ensure safer and healthier supply chains and inform the development of policies and strategies to address future pandemics.

  3. Improving occupational safety and health in the global coffee supply chain from Mexico: Drivers and constraints

    In Mexico, in the framework of a project on the coffee value chain financed by the VZF with funding from the European Commission, a study was conducted to identify the drivers and constraints relating to the improvement of OSH across that value chain and to propose possible interventions to address the constraints.

  4. Improving occupational safety and health in the global coffee value chain in Honduras: Drivers and constraints

    As part of a project on the coffee value chain in Honduras funded by the VZF with resources provided by the European Commission, a study was conducted to identify the drivers and constraints affecting OSH and to recommend a number of interventions based on social dialogue.

  5. Profile of women coffee producers in Mexico: case study of their occupational health and safety conditions

    The International Labour Organization (ILO), in the framework of the Vision Zero Fund and in collaboration with IWCA, conducted this study to generate a profile of women coffee workers and producers in Mexico in relation to their socio-demographic and labour situation, as well as their situation in terms of OSH.

  6. The experience of the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia in occupational safety and health (Executive summary)

    It presents the results of the analysis of three training sessions on occupational safety and health (OSH) conducted by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia (FNC) and provides useful tools to advance the development of significant experiences in the promotion of OSH.
