Promoting social dialogue in Macedonia
This project aims to assist the country in strengthening tripartite and bipartite social dialogue through institutional and legislative improvement along with activities aimed at strengthening the capacities of government, employers’ organizations and trade unions to engage effectively in social dialogue.

The project includes activities which provide technical support to both institutions and participants in social dialogue processes, including collective bargaining at national, branch, local levels. It consists of three components: (1) enhancing the tripartite social dialogue on national and local level; (2) Encouraging collective bargaining and setting sectoral collective bargaining infrastructures; and (3) Establishing an operational amicable settlement of labour disputes.
