Achievements

    • Institutional and operational capacities of national and local public institutions as well as employers’ and workers’ organizations to better tackle labour market challenges have been improved;
    • Employability and employment opportunities for Syrian refugees and host communities have been improved through vocational, technical and basic skills development training;
    • Cooperative interventions in order to increase formal employability and labour market access of Syrian refugees and host communities in Turkey has been supported; • Awareness of Syrian refugees, host communities, employers and wider stakeholders on public employment services and new legislation on work permits has been raised; • 600 SuTP and host community members, 100 public sta ff and members of employers’ and employees’ organizations have been reached.

      • Syrian refugees and host communities in Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Mardin, and Ankara
