Objectives:
- To reduce HIV/AIDS risk behaviours among workers; and
- to reduce employment-related discrimination against persons living with HIV and AIDS. Action at the level of the enterprise is the principal target of the Project.

Impact to date:
- National HIV/AIDS Workplace Policy developed and passed by the Cabinet of Trinidad and Tobago in April 2008 and launched publicly on 14 April 2008.
- Peer educators trained in partner enterprises.
- Focal points from various ministries trained.
