GENDER is collaborating with DECLARATION to promote freedom of association in El Salvador and the Philippines, with the Youth Employment Programme in El Salvador and Zambia, with TRAVAIL to promote rights for domestic workers and enhanced maternity protection in the Philippines and Zambia, with ACTRAV to build the capacity of the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines, and with ACTEMP to build the capacity of the Zambian Federation of Employers.
