The African Development Bank (AfDB) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) collaborate to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth and employment, aligning with the Decent Work Agenda and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

AfDB and the International Training Centre of the ILO also have a long-standing collaboration focusing primarily on:

• Jobs for Youth capacity-building programme: How to increase results on jobs for youth in the Bank’s sector operations
• Procurement training for Bank staff.
