Decent work country programme 2026-2029

The Decent Work Country Programme for Iraq 2026–2029 provides a national framework for advancing decent work and sustainable labour market development over the next 4 years. Developed through tripartite consultation between the Government, workers’ and employers’ organizations, and the ILO, The Programme sets shared priorities to promote inclusive employment, develop relevant skills, support economic diversification and the private sector, and strengthen workers’ rights and social protection.
