Finance Committee

This Committee met on Tuesday, 3 June (morning and afternoon) in Room XX at the Palais des Nations and on Wednesday, 4 and Friday, 6 June (morning) in Room XIX to consider the following matters under item II of the agenda of the Conference (see Report II below):

• the Programme and Budget for 2026–27 (GB.353/PFA/1, GB.353/PFA/1(Add.1)(Rev.1) and GB.353/PFA/1/1);
• the scale of assessments of contributions to the budget for for 2026 and 2027;
• the Financial report and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.

In accordance with article 11 of the Standing Orders of the Conference, one Government delegate from each Member of the Organization represented at the Conference is automatically a member of the Finance Committee. No registration for the Committee is required. Accordingly, a Government becomes a member of the Committee once one of its delegates (or substitute delegates) has registered present at the Conference. For practical purposes, delegates are requested to register present at the Conference no less than one hour before the start of the sitting of the Committee.
