Sectoral skills priorities for the shipbuilding industry

The present study will inform activities of the soon-to-be-established sectoral skills council for the Indonesian shipbuilding industry and in the meantime provides analysis and actionable interventions to address future skills needs.

The study includes six sections. Following the introduction, the first section introduces the methodology. Sector profile, HRs profile, and the analysis of the educational offer to address HRs needs in the shipbuilding sub sector follow next. Sections on policy options to address present challenges and a draft HRs strategy complete the presentation.
