ILO Takes Part in 2020 Sustainable Cooperation Forum in Moscow
On 17 February 2020, the ILO Moscow office participated in the 2020 Sustainable Cooperation Forum organized by the UN Global Compact Network Russia.

The Forum objective was to discuss practical business tools for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and promote capacity building of Russian businesses in sustainable development. It was also aimed at realization and extension of new opportunities for businesses and national and international society through the integration of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda into business strategies and the national economy.
In the panel titled “SDGs in Corporate Governance Discussion,” Kanae Tada, Technical Officer of the ILO Moscow office, introduced ILO’s approach to enterprise participation in achieving SDGs, referring to its Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration) as well as other tools and publications.
