Workshop on "The New Wave of HR development in Public Sector Enterprises in India"

At the workshop public sector enterprises showcase their best HR practices and ILO Bureau along with SCOPE launches its training tool.

The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) today has around 290 Central public sector enterprise employing more than 1.35 million employees. The annual SCOPE HR Conference Summit which was held in February this year gave awards to public enterprises with best HR practices. The practices of these enterprises are now being showcased with the assistance of the ILO Bureau for employer activities through a publication and a training tool. This training tool will be validated at the workshop being held at the SCOPE convention centre. Award winning enterprises will make presentations on their best HR practices. SCOPE will also popularize the training tool among its wider membership.
