"Visioning Event on Managing Skills and Employability for Decent Work through Building a Community of Practice and a Roadmap for the Regional Skills Programme"

In order to foster more ownership within the Regional Skills Network from its members, it is planned that the next Regional Skills Network meeting explicitly include the future of the Regional Skills Network and the role of member States and social partners in running it, besides the technical discussion on skills trends and anticipation. It is planned that during this meeting, the modalities and engagement and structure will be decided and how the CoP (ILO online “Community of Practice” which encourages online discussion forums on relevant skills topics by experts and implementing units) for Skills and Employability will play a role for knowledge sharing and utilisation as a part of the capacity building process.
