Validation Workshop on Case Flow Management Protocol for Child Labour Cases

A workshop was organized by the USDOL-funded Country Level Engagement and Assistance to Reduce Child Labour (CLEAR) Project to enhance and finalize a case flow management protocol on child labour. The system was designed to address the weak enforcement of laws reporting up to resolution, with a preference for the conviction of violators.

The protocol is also linked up with different platforms for receiving cases as well as to different service provision modalities. The workshop was attended by around 38 participants coming from the government, employers, trade unions and civil society. This was held at the ILO auditorium on 28 July 2015.
