Tripartite consultation for a comprehensive and integrated social protection system in Indonesia

The Global Accelerator (GA) on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transition is a joint initiative of the Government of Indonesia and several United Nations agencies that aims to support the achievement of targets in the 2025-2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In order to implement GA activities within the scope of the National Social Security System, the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas together with the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment and the International Labour Organization (ILO) held a policy dialogue with the theme of pension reform on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, at the BP Jamsostek Plaza, Jakarta.

At the event, stakeholders and experts discussed challenges and solutions to address the rapid demographic transition in pension reform.
