Training of Trainers Programme for Sectoral Recovery in Cambodia

ILO/China Partnership Programme, in close collaboration with Ministry of Tourism (MOT), Cambodia, organized a national TOT programme on Food and Beverage Services.

A total of 30 (21 females) trainees, selected by MOT, has successfully completed the course. This TOT programme is an upskilling initiative of the MOT for sectoral recovery from CoVid-19. The new training curriculum includes wide topics, such as Communication in Hospitality Sector, Excellent Food and Beverage Services, Equipment in restaurant, Knowledge about beverage service, service sequence, Restaurant hygiene and safety.
