Training of Trainers on “Understanding About Child Labour”

Through training of the trainers and supporting the master trainers to train other project implementers and partners at different levels from the central to district/commune, the project will have a group of resource trainers who has a good understanding about child labour and action against child labour. These master trainers will not only be mobilized as resource trainers for this particular ENHANCE project, but will also be mobilized to provide training on child labour in other national child labour initiatives at the present as well as in the future.

At the end of this TOT training course, it is expected that at least 35 members of the key partner agencies at the central and provincial levels will be trained using the "Understanding About Child Labour" package to become resource trainers on child labour.

The TOT is planned to be conducted in two rounds. The first round with the focus on the content of the training package will be organized in December 2016. The second round with the focus on training methodology will be organized in January 2017.

A training of trainers (TOT) course for selected staff of the concerned partner/stakeholder agencies, mainly at the central who potentially become master trainers on child labour will be conducted
