Training on Respecting, Protecting and Fulfilling of Workers’ Rights for Police Officers (Luzon)
The training for the police officers will equip them with knowledge on the principles freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining towards respecting, protecting and fulfilling workers’ rights.
The ILO and the Philippine National Police (PNP), in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) conducted the training aimed to equip police officers with knowledge on the principles of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in relation with their respective mandated duties and functions.
The training is part of the project on “Promoting the effective recognition and implementation of the fundamental rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining in the Philippines”.
