Training on Improving Working Conditions in Entertainment Business Settings and Dialogue Workshop on Safety and Health for Workers in Entertainment Business Settings
The training encourages efforts of entertainment businesses in developing/enforcing workplace policies that promote safety and health, including HIV voluntary and confidential testing, care and treatment.

Outputs
The pilot workplaces understand why they need to ensure safety and health for workers, and link between workplace safety and health and business goal;
The pilot workplaces are aware of laws and policies regulating the workplace operation and safety and health issues;
The owners/managers have knowledge of recruitment and motivation, identifying and managing workplace hazards, including violence, stigma and discrimination, HIV and STIs risks; and
Action plans on improving working conditions will be developed by the participating venues.
Participants
40 people, who are owners and managers of 20 entertainment venues in Ha Long participating in the pilot workplace activity.
