The workshop objectives are to: (a) generate inputs toward the development of a national policy to strengthen collective bargaining (CB); (b) refine the proposals from the June 2014 CB Forum; (c) identify problems or gaps in existing policies, laws, rules and guidelines; and (d) solicit options/alternatives to respond to the identified problems and gaps.
