SCORE Training of Trainer (ToT) for partners on Delivering SCORE Online Training Activities

The COVID-19 has brought negative impacts to SCORE training activities and deliveries. By using the online technology, SCORE continues to improve the productivity of SMEs in Indonesia.

Background

Indonesian Ministries will be fully independent in providing SCORE Training to SMEs, using their own training resources. A National Productivity Data base system will be established within MoM, tracking of SCORE Training implementation data will be ongoing by the government and it will be accessible to the SCORE Programme.

To complement the public service offering, at least ten private training provider BDS) will be partnering with APINDO to promote, sell and organize SCORE Training independently and to obtain private and public sponsorships for this.

SCORE Training is recognized as a driver of a National productivity movement, through awareness-raising and its institutionalization in various organizations (Ministries, associations and private BDS).

SCORE Training collaborations will have taken place with at least 2 lead buyers/MNEs plus with Better Work Indonesia.

At least 80 more SMEs will have participated in SCORE Training under direct supervision of the SCORE Programme and 10 case studies are published. An additional 200 SMEs will be reached indirectly by partners who will be using SCORE Training independently from ILO. The cost recovery at the end of phase III is 100 %.

The Impact of COVID-19 Outbreak.

The COVID-19 bring negative impacts to SCORE Training activities and delivery. To continue the SCORE activities, SCORE Training knowledge need to be socialize & trained to all SCORE partner in Indonesia. For this purpose, ILO SCORE will collaborate with Parahyangan University and BEDO to facilitate the plan activities.

Outputs

  • All SCORE Indonesia implementing partners are capable to deliver SCORE Training online to SMEs effectively and in good quality.
  • Lessons learned from this online training activities will be collected for further development and improvement.
