ILO SCORE (Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises) programme had implemented SCORE Trainings in 12 enterprises in the Simpsons supply chain in Chennai and Coimbatore during the period 2015-2017. At ILO’s suggestion, a review meeting, led by Simpsons, with the participation of 6 enterprises who had undergone SCORE Training, was organized to assess the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of results of SCORE Trainings in the field, including the gender and social dialogue dimensions.
