Responsible Supply Chains in Asia

Responsible Business and implementation of International Labour Standards in practice

A workshop on promoting decent work in Asian supply chains

The International Labour Organization (ILO) and Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (Sedex) is holding a workshop on responsible business and international labour standards. This workshop will provide insight and guidance on how to implement better socially responsible labour practices in supply chains in Asia. The workshop will focus on strategies to ensure decent work in supply chains, including issues of fair recruitment and addressing risks of forced labour, child labour and other important issues. Operating businesses responsibly is increasingly a very important issue for companies or organisations both in the public and private sectors.
