At four-yearly intervals, the American Regional Meeting brings together the political, economic and social actors from the countries of the Region. This Seventeenth Meeting will focus particularly on the themes taken up in the Director-General's report, which sets out the basis for the discussions and for strategic planning for the ILO's programme for the Region in the years to come.
