Tripartite Constituents of Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Lao Federation of Trade Union convened a Project Advisory Committee Meeting of ILO/China Partnership Programme on 14 March 2023 at Don Chan Palace, Vientiane Capital, Lao People's Democratic Republic
H.E. Mr Phongsaysack Inthalath, Vice Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of Laos, H.E. Mr Vilay Vongkhaseum, Vice President of Lao Federation of Trade Unions, H.E Mr Xaybandith Rasaphone, Vice President of Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr Yutong LIU, Project Manager and Coordinator of ILO-China Partnership Programme for Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar addressed the meeting in the opening session.
Members of the PAC, coming from MOLSW, LNCCI, LFTU, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Lao Women Union, Lao Youth Union, Skill development Institute, Department of Employment, TVET and colleague from ILO Vientiane Office. reviewed the project implementation in 2022 and deliberated on project workplan 2023.

Project annual workplan 2023, which was well consulted among project partners was endorsed by Project Advisory Committee.
