Examination of the various roles and contributions of Caribbean Ministries responsible for labour in fostering an employment-centred response to Covid- 19 for rapid recovery and longer term national resilience.
Knowledge sharing among Caribbean countries on actions taken to date and level of involvement of MoLs in the decision-making and implementation of measures to address the economic, labour market and social impacts of the pandemic.
Obtain inputs for the further analysis of the challenges and gaps to be urgently addressed for Caribbean MoLs to be able to (a) deliver agile responses to the present situation, (b) establish systems, policies, programmes and partnerships to secure intermediate and longer term objectives for stabilisation of labour markets.

Senior administrative and technical officials in Ministries responsible for labour: Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretaries and Labour Commissioners.
