National tripartite consultation on Occupational Safety and Heath in the mining sector

The ILO Pakistan Office will convene a tripartite consultation on Occupational Safety and Health in the Mining Sector in Pakistan. The OSH tripartite conference will discuss the safety issues and will try to formulate a way forward to promote a preventative and safety culture in the mines, to reduce accidents, to enhance production and to forge a cooperation between the tripartite stake holders; the government, the mine owners and the workers.
