National Career and Productivity Fair 2023

This year, the National Employment Agency(NEA), in collaboration with the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), Phnom Penh, Textile, Apparel, Footwear & Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC) and supported by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and People In Need Cambodia (PIN), the National Career and Productivity Fair will be organized for two days and is expected to attract a large number of visitors with 20,000 job vacancies. In parallel with the NCPF, the fair will feature back-to-back entrepreneurship and productivity awareness-raising workshops to cultivate positive mindset, share knowledge, experience and good practices by national and international experts in these fields.

The main objectives of this career fair are:

• To promote the employability and job opportunities for current and future of supply and demand in the labour market to all stakeholders, especially to employers and job seekers
• To provide both visual and virtual platform for employers, training providers, and job seekers to meet and discuss the current and near-future employment and skills development opportunities
• To raise awareness about entrepreneurship among youth participants
• To grant access to jobseekers on job opportunities, skills requirements, and on-the-spot job applications
• To provide space for employers to present their recruitment policies, HR policies, and job vacancies
• To allow training providers to present their training curriculum, short courses, and skills development opportunities
