Launch of the ILO/SCOPE Study on the Impact of WfH on Women Executives and Managers in PSEs in India
ILO/SCOPE joint study focused on ‘Impact of WfH on Women Executives and Managers in PSEs in India’ is being launched virtually in presence of Ministry of Labour and Employment of Government of India.
The study among the membership of SCOPE is in relation to the broader topic of “Empowering Women in Public Sector Enterprises”. It notably touches upon the impact of WfH on Women Executives and Managers in the PSUs from three angles – Woman as an Employee, Woman as a Manager/ Supervisor and Woman as a Home Maker. The event will be broadcasted live on ILO India Facebook page
