The DBMR system is designed to provide functions that include listing and profiling projects to target beneficiaries, listing the needs for support of children and their families, inputting and updating data/information; reviewing, assessing and identifying the needs of children and families in accordance with the ability and capability available to support consultation; developing an Action Plan, monitoring the outcomes of the support, as well as updating changes of the project beneficiaries with the supports/assistances of the project in its target sites in three provinces and cities as Ha Noi, Hochiminh City and An Giang.

To operate the DBMR system effectively, the ILO ENHANCE project will provide training for project partners on the operation of the DBMR system. The DBMR training in An Giang was conducted November 2017. Training for Hanoi and HCM city partners will soon be conducted in the next few months.
