Background
The International Labour Organization Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Workforce Readiness and Development Programme, in cooperation with the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) held a two-day workshop for companies on the In Business Soft Skills Training.
Objective
