The Symposium will bring together financial institutions, development partners, donors, ILO specialists and selected experts for a closed, technical exchange. Discussions will explore topics including practical approaches to measuring the quantity and quality of jobs, collecting project-level employment and expenditure data and how technology and innovation, including AI can improve data quality and efficiency.

The event will be held alongside the Global Forum on Employment Impact Assessments for Decent Work, providing an opportunity for participants to exchange perspectives with government and donor representatives before continuing with the Symposium’s focused technical discussions.

Participants will have the opportunity to compare institutional practices, troubleshoot common data challenges, explore practical and innovative approaches, and identify priorities for future technical cooperation and collaboration.

Those interested are invited to register for the Symposium. If you work on investment operations, impact assessment, M&E, data or employment in these institutions and would like to join the conversation, please contact: [email protected]

You can find more information in the event information note.
