Finalization and publication of Independent Evaluation Report on the implementation of the Law 72

The evaluation report is developed to support the independent evaluation of the implementation, operation and adequacy of Law 72. This evaluation seeks to assess the achievements of the Law 72 in realizing the goals of related State policies, the extent to which the tripartite constituents including government,recruitment agencies and migrant workers and others work within and benefit from the Law and implementation arrangements.

The workshop will focus on:

• Publish the evaluation report on the implementation of the current Law 72 and recommendations for the proposed changes.
• Facilitate discussions and feedback on the anticipated impact of the proposed changes that will demonstrate the benefit of the proposed changes
