Buyanjargal Khuyag, General Secretary of CMTU, emphasized the significance of this training, stating, "The human resources within the CMTU secretariat and its member organizations are crucial to our mission. We need to equip our members with comprehensive information on various issues, including labour rights, legal knowledge, collective agreements and negotiation skills."

The main objective of this training was to enhance the capacity and knowledge of CMTU trainers on trade unions, international labour standards, and effective teaching methods for adult learning, thereby creating new services for CMTU. Over the three days, the training covered several key topics, including global employment and social trends, the future of work, the new social contract, trade union policies at the international level, decent work and trade unions, and collective bargaining techniques. At the end of the training, all participants were divided into four groups to present 20-minute micro-lessons.
