Objective: To improve participants’ understanding on step-by-step tools for developing apprenticeship curriculum
Main target audience: Maximum 50 participants of HR and Industry Associations are expected to attend the workshop

Session 1: Theory and practical guidance on developing programme and curriculum apprenticeship for beginners (8 hours)
Session 2: Assignment and mentoring (12 hours)

Day 1: Understanding of the apprenticeship programme Day 2: Apprenticeship program and syllabus with output: training need analysis Day 3-4: Tasks and discussions via Google Classroom, Whatsapp group & Zoom Day 5: Review of participants' tasks by resource persons and Facilitators via Zoom Day 6-8: Revision of assignments according to input from resource persons and facilitators via Google Classroom, Whatsapp group & Zoom Day 9-10: Final Discussion by the facilitator and assignment to the resource persons via Zoom
