Capacity Building Workshop on Wage Setting

The ILO and the V V Giri National Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, organized a capacity building programme for Central and State Government officials on Towards More Effective Wages Policies in India on 15-16 April 2015. The workshop seeks to improve the capacity of participants to design coherent approaches for developing and implementing effective wage policies and emphasises how to improve wage policies with clear and achievable objectives, sound analysis and constructive social dialogue.
