ILO soft skills training fuels career success for women at Microtel
At Microtel Philippines, over 160 women were trained on critical soft skills needed in the workplace, such as critical thinking and creative thinking. Lani was among the managers who were trained to be a peer facilitator for the In Business Programme. This training helped her fulfil her dream of becoming one of the respected leaders at her hotel.
