Learning and good practices of the apprenticeship program in Indonesia: a qualitative study [in Bahasa Indonesia]

The importance of apprenticeship underlies the ILO's collaboration with the APINDO Reasearch Institute (ARI) to conduct this apprenticeship study, as well as updating information from similar studies conducted by the ILO and APINDO earlier in 2015. The study was conducted with the support of a research team of the Regional Autonomy Implementation Monitoring Committee (KPPOD ) This takes the focus of the manufacturing, banking, retail and tourism / hospitality business sectors that have done a lot of apprenticeship practices so that they are expected to get a picture of good apprenticeship practices. This study is a qualitative study using primary and secondary data obtained from literature and policy studies, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
