Manual labour-based technology for rural road rehabilitation

The purpose of this training manual is to provide technical management staff and contractors with appropriate guidelines for the effective management of rural road rehabilitation works using Labour-Based Technology.

The Timor-Leste Labour-Based Manual, first prepared under the TIM Works Project to reflect the local conditions in Timor-Leste has been reviewed and revised, based on experience and other relevant literature through the ERA Project for Don Bosco Training Centre to suit training of small scale contractors.
