Manual business management labour-based technology for rural road works

This manual has been developed to complement the training materials developed by IADE for the National Certificate "Managing Small Construction Bids and Contracts". It is intended for use by directors, engineers and administrative staff of companies involved in the rural road construction works.

It can also be used to train public works officials involved in contracts management and personnel from consultancy firms. This module targets specifically small construction businesses involved in rural road contracts using a labour-based approach.
