These videos features two young workers with learning disabilities, demonstrating their capabilities and competencies in managing their works and excelling in what they do.
The videos are part of the ILO’s campaign on equal employment opportunities. Many people with learning disabilities still struggle to be accepted by the society and being recruited by the companies due to lack of understanding about issues related to learning disabilities. Workers with learning disabilities are capable and productive just like any other workers. They just need an opportunity.
