Promoting non-discriminatory workplace and community: Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu), Ltd
The video captures HIV/AIDS prevention programmes conducted by Star Energy Geothermal through its non discriminatory policy for both its employees and its surrounding community.
The video demonstrates good practices that can be conducted by the company through various programmes internally and externally, contributing to the realization of 3 Zeros goals—zero new HIV infections, zero AIDS-related deaths and zero discrimination.
The video is officially launched as part of the commemoration of the World AIDS Day 2020 on 1 December, contributing to the implementation of Manpower Ministerial Decree No. 68/2004 on HIV Prevention Programme. The video is part of the joint effort of the ILO and UNAIDS to promote a non-discriminatory policy at the workplace and create an inclusive workplace.
