Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Republic of the Philippines and the Ministry of Labour of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Objectives:
(1) In order to establish protection and promotion and well being of the workers working in either country
(2) To promote and strengthen areas of cooperation in the field of Labour employment and manpower development
(3) To hire Filipinos when ever needed by Jordan employers
(4) To exert efforts to facilitate the movement of Filipinos required for execution of projects undertaken in Jordan by Filipino companies
Renewal History:
Two Ministers make periodic reviews and exchange such reviews between each other
Follow up mechanism:
To exchange reviews by both minister to each other periodically
Coverage of migration cycle:
(1) Pre-migration
