Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Nepal and the Government of United Arab Emirates in the field of manpower

Objectives:
(1) To enhance existing friendly relations by developing the coorperation in the field of manpower based on the principles of mutual benefits
(2) Recongizing benefits to be derived by both countries from closer coorperation in the field of manpower
Renewal History:
To be extended automatically unless terminated officially by either party
Follow up mechanism:
(1) Through a Joint Committee
(2) To meet once a year alternately in one of the two countries
Coverage of migration cycle:
(1) Pre-departure
(2) In-service
