Objectives:
(1) To enhance the existing friendly relations through developing cooperation in labour mobility
(2) Recognizing the benefits to be derived by both countries from closer cooperation
Renewal History:
Be automatically extended unless one party offcially terminats it
Follow up mechanism:
(1) To establish a Joint Committee
(2) To meet once in six months alternately in Bahrain and India
Coverage of migration cycle:
(1) Pre-departure
(2) In-service
