Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in the Republic of India and the Ministry of Manpower in the Sultanate of Oman in the field of manpower

Objectives:
(1) To enhance the existing friendly relations through developing cooperation in the field of manpower based on the principles of mutual benefits
(2) Recognizing benefits to be derived from close cooperation
Renewal History:
To be renewed automatically unless terminated offcially by either party
Follow up mechanism:
(1) To establish a Committee composed of at least 3 members from each party
(2) To meet at least once a year alternately in India and Oman
Coverage of migration cycle:
(1) Pre-departure
(2) In-service
