How to close the gender pay gap? Insights from the Global Wage Report 2018/2019

This presentation gives an overview of gender pay gap in G7 countries, such as the gender pay gap, the factors that underlie it, and reviews key policy options in different national circumstances. It was delivered at the 2nd meeting of the G7 Employment Task Force (1-2 April 2019, Paris).
