Inclusive governance, innovative services and reach

Inclusive governance is about who participates in trade union decision-making and how. It is critical to the effectiveness of unions, as member driven organisations, and their inclusiveness in engaging with diverse worker groups. This report explores current trade union actions, challenges and opportunities around inclusive governance, servicing and reach in response to key transitions. It draws on a mapping exercise of documented practices worldwide, focusing on results from an international survey and interviews with global union leaders.
