This brochure presents the main achievements of the “Taqeem Initiative” and serves as a reference for readers to access the tools, technical resources and evidence produced under the project. Taqeem is a partnership between IFAD’s Near East and North Africa Division and ILO’s Youth Employment Programme which began in 2015. The jointly financed three-year partnership was dedicated to strengthening gender monitoring and evaluation in rural employment in the Middle East and North Africa.
