A Review of Child Labour Laws of Trinidad and Tobago - a Guide to Legislative Reform

This study, commissioned by the International Labour Organization, Subregional Office for the Caribbean, reviews the laws on child labour in Trinidad and Tobago, within the context of ILO Convention No. 138 on the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and No.182 on the Worst Forms of Child Labour and its relevant ILO Recommendations No. 146 and No. 190.
